fix(workflow): 面板 UI 字符串英文化

Browse Source 
WorkflowsPanel 中 4 处面向用户的中文（onDone 错误消息、键位提示行）
改为英文；其他面板组件（AgentList/TabsBar）原本已是英文。代码注释
保留中文，与 workflow 模块惯例一致。
